What does a typical day involve?
Each day is different, but a typically day involves the delivery of work to help get clients visibility online, my passion lies with content and working with the team on campaigns from conception of an idea, through creation of content to promotion and distribution.
Where were you born? What brought you to Adido?
I was actually born in Trowbridge, but moved to Jersey while in nappies. That’s where I built my first memories, moving to the South Coast where I grew up. I went off to uni and then came back to the area where I worked with a specialist automotive agency in Poole before joining the Adido team.
What’s your favourite thing about Bournemouth?
This is a simple one... the beach. They say Bournemouth is one of the few locations in the UK where you lead an LA lifestyle. A surf in the morning before work, a BBQ on the beach after work... you just can’t beat it.
What is your favourite tool to help with your job?
My favourite tool is Response Source it’s a great thing to help with networking and reaching out to journalist and publications that are looking for information, news and great content.
What did you want to be when you were younger?
I am sports mad, so I wanted to be a professional footballer, a professional rugby player or a professional golfer – I wasn’t picky... Is it too late?
What is your #1 most played song on Spotify/iTunes?
Ed Sheeran – A Team – mainstream I know, but I can’t get enough Ed in my life.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Crisps – I am a crispaholic – doesn’t matter what flavour or how full I am, I will always find room for a packet of crisps.
If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would you meet?
Jonny Wilkinson is my hero – would very much enjoy having a chat with him over a quiet pint of Guinness.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what change would you make?
It’s one of my most distinguishing features, but I’d get rid of the curly hair – if for nothing else then it would allow me some closure over the heartbreak that I couldn’t pull off curtains in the 90s.
What is something you learned in the last week?
I learnt that University Challenge is no longer the most impossible quiz show to get an answer correct on. If you want impossible questions watch Only Connect where you need to find connections between seemingly unrelated clues. Madness.

At the weekend I love…
...to play rugby and relax with my family. You’ll either see me out on fun filled adventures with my wife Gina & new born son Hudson or out on the field getting muddy come rain or shine.
