Charlie is a respected and talented client services manager with years of experience. She has worked with some huge brands and names and acts as the anchor and day to day liaison for Adido’s biggest client. Charlie puts the client at the heart of everything she does, acting as their advocates within Adido, helping everyone to realise the best outcomes, together.
Charlie’s mantra is to ban the phrase “change request’’ as it has very negative connotations, instead she says ‘Project Improvement’. Deviations from plans are natural, with proper control and management, improvements lead to better solutions – why wouldn’t we want that!
