Opened in 1983, Paultons Park is the premier theme park on the south coast. It enhanced its position even further when it became the first operator in the world to open a Peppa Pig World in 2011.
As part of our partnership, we will be looking to increase the organic search visibility of both Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World, enabling more visitors to experience all the thrills and excitement of the Hampshire theme park.
The SEO strategy has been considered in two approaches: maintaining the strong brand presence for Peppa Pig World in the SERPs, whilst growing visibility of Paultons Park's other themed worlds for non-brand queries.
The website is already in good technical health after years of routine SEO maintenance, meaning we can focus our attention and time on enhanced technical SEO elements like page speed improvements, internal linking, and structured data. As SEO best practice is constantly involving, we will also be conducting regular tech SEO checks to ensure the site adheres to those recommendations at all times.
Technical SEO will be accompanied by a keyword and content strategy that is devised to win more rankings, and boost the non-brand search visibility of the family theme park.
With Universal Analytics sunsetting imminently, the partnership also involves helping Paultons Park set up and launch a new Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property.
Paultons Park know that tracking their website data accurately is vital to hitting their revenue targets, which is why they have been proactive about getting GA4 set up and running smoothly, well before Universal Analytics is retired.
