ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL ATTENTION! EVENT
Thank you to all who attended the sixth Attention! Digital Marketing Summit, which returned to our hometown of Bournemouth at the beautiful Hilton Hotel.
Attention! is an annual digital marketing conference packed with influential and interesting speakers. Our primary goal for running events is not to sell but to educate as many people as we can about the latest digital strategies that work. We make sure our guests have enough time to soak up the latest thinking, opinions and ideas from our industry experts as well as plenty of time to network with other like-minded people who are all working towards the same goal.
Topics are varied and relevant to key decision makers within the digital community. Our speaker line up welcomed names from household brands, up and coming distributors and leading industry thinkers to the stage. We've been blown away with its success and positive feedback we've received from attendees - it was an event not to be missed!
In addition to our amazing main speaker line up, all delegates had the option to attend two workshops which covered a variety of topics in the digital industry.
Hosted by the expert Adido team and guest brands, these workshops aimed to challenge current thinking, providing attendees with actionable solutions and inspiration to improve businesses' marketing channels.
Too many businesses think that they have to produce work that is on a par with the BBC, which is why activity slows down and everyone loses interest. Mark will share three principals to take on board for why you will win and why you will fail, when it comes to the content you produce and distribute. Plus how LinkedIn can become your biggest distribution friend with one simple tip to put in place tomorrow.
Want to become a content marketing wizard and create spellbinding content to get your audience to pay attention? This might not be potions class, but we will teach you to brew the magical recipe for content that charms.
Is data the Emperor’s New Clothes? Where does a lamppost fit into all this?? Metrics are heralded as the gospel truth of how a site and a business is performing but so often we end up revering false idols and stop seeing what is under the surface. This workshop will focus on questioning the ‘facts’ we adhere to and how to look at a more holistic view of the world of numbers.
We receive dozens of briefs each year asking for quotes for website projects and marketing campaigns. Before we start any project, we review as much data as we can to make the best recommendation to our clients. Often this means that we tell them that they will get better results from spending on other things that they have overlooked or don't have perspective of. This workshop will talk through a few case studies and give attendees some key areas to focus on to make sure that future decisions provide maximum ROI.
