Since 2003 we've been working on bigger and better websites for organisations across the UK helping them to generate more leads and sales online.

Our studio team are seeking an experienced web / art designer to help our clients visualise their goals online. Whether designing a new website from scratch, improving an existing website to make it look more up to date or creating brands from detailed briefs, our new designer will be able to deliver.

Job description	Adido are seeking a new senior web designer to join our ever expanding team of digital experts. Recognised as one of the leading digital agencies in the South West, the successful candidate will help enhance our reputation for delivering stunning website designs. We are looking for an experienced web designer to work with clients and staff to create clear and crisp website designs for our clients, to work with them to refine and develop ideas and manage client meetings and to lead all areas of design for the company.
Salary	Negotiable depending on experience (includes pension with employer contributions, private medical care, team building events, flexi-time, free breakfast on Fridays)
Core requirements	Qualified candidates will have 5+ years agency / client side experience Formal design training with solid typography, graphic, and interaction design skills Full working knowledge of the latest Adobe Suite Strong concept development and graphic design ability Excellent understanding of composition, colour, imagery and typography A basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript Experience working with various online ad design specs and media requirements Excellent understanding of usability experience & accessibility issues Solid experience creating web graphics, animations, user interfaces, icons, style sheets, colour schemes, templates and layouts for use in online advertising and web site projects, ensuring site-wide colour and typeface standards and consistency.
