Front end CSS web developer job
We are seeking a bright individual to fit into our existing team. The main objective of the role is to assist in the process between web design and web development and will therefore require that you have a good understanding of both areas.

The job will entail taking multiple designs and converting them into templates built in CSS and XHTML, so ADVANCED knowledge of both technologies and their support across all browsers is absolutely crucial.
Additionally, Adido also take web accessibility very seriously so a good understanding of the implications this has on design, usability and development would be advantageous.
Currently, all design work is done using Photoshop with development handled by Visual Studio .NET. Experience with Photoshop is absolutely necessary and knowledge of Visual Studio .Net would be advantageous.
Server side coding such as ASP.NET will not be required in the job role but ideally the successful candidate will have some basic client side scripting experience, such as javascript and/or Flash.
You will take ownership of the stylesheets of client websites you work on; providing assistance to the team to maintain the quality of design from conceptualisation to release.
The ability to work in a team and good communication skills will be paramount to your successful application. |
