At Adido, we have worked very hard to create a culture where our clients & staff feel well cared for and looked after. We have also worked hard to make sure that our team love working with us as well. We want to be long lasting & trusted partners to our clients and this can only be achieved in the right conditions.
Here are some of the key areas that make up our culture.
Values: Our values are hugely important to us and make us different to every other business. We have spent a great deal of time understanding who are and how we want to be with each other. These values are something we actively work on and actively communicate to our staff and clients. We even measure them regularly to make sure we are living them as much as we possibly can as well as finding new ways to improve them! Recognition awards: Each month we ask all staff to nominate at least one person for a good deed that they have done in the month. Whether it has been for helping to develop an amazing campaign for a client, designing something groundbreaking, getting great rankings in Google or just helping someone move some furniture at the weekend, we actively encourage recognition of great things. The winner for the month is announced in our monthly company meeting and in addition to choosing a present from the recognition cupboard also gets a very big round of applause.
Innovation: All staff are encouraged to come up with ideas as much as possible and also to learn and develop wherever possible. To make sure this happens we hold an innovation day every month where anyone can do anything to either help the agency or improve their own understanding of a particular subject or themselves. It is a big commitment to make in terms of time but allows us all to come up with great new ideas to help benefit ourselves, our community and clients.
Regular reviews: We hold bi-annual review meetings with all staff to highlight where they have done great things and were we can make things better. Our reviews are documented and detailed with agreed objectives to help all staff with their career progression. It might sound odd to highlight this as something which is key to our culture but there are a surprisingly high number of companies we've encountered which don't offer this level of support to their staff.
Free fruit: To compensate for the free breakfasts that we enjoy, every week we have fruit delivered to Adido HQ to help us keep fit & healthy. Make sure you get there quickly to grab all of the apples!
Hard work: it’s not just about filling in the timesheets every day and doing your hours before going home. At Adido, we understand the demands of our industry and its ever changing nature and all work hard to keep up.
