At Adido, we have worked very hard to create a culture where our clients feel well cared for and looked after. We have also worked hard to make sure that our employees love working with us as well. We want to be long lasting & trusted partners to our clients and this can only be achieved in the right conditions.

Here are some key points about the general staff culture at Adido:

  • Teambuilding: we regularly all go out and do fun things in the name of team building...and if we all end up on a canoe somewhere in the New Forest, who’s going to know!
     
  • Flexitime working: At Adido, exactly WHEN someone works is not the most important thing. Of course we expect our staff to work a certain number of hours per week but we are very flexible with regards to when they do. This helps everyone have the best working experience and find a suite of hours that suits them and the business mutually.
     
  • Escape from the grey suits and the nine-to-five: You won’t find anyone bored at Adido. We have a very dynamic, fast and fun culture and play as hard as we work (nicely of course). We are also very flexible about what everyone wears to the office. Of course, we will look smart at important meetings and events, but we encourage our staff to dress not as a corporate clone, but as themselves. However, we draw the line at the mankini. From now on that is. You know who you are *cough*.
     
  • Free breakfast on Fridays: We love Fridays, so why not celebrate by enjoying a great breakfast courtesy of the company. This has proved very popular with the team and is one tradition which will never die!
     
  • Hard work: it’s not just about punching in a clock every day and doing your hours before going home. At Adido, we understand the demands of our industry and its ever changing nature and all work hard to keep up.
     
  • Innovation: We always encourage our staff to come up with ideas as much as possible and also to learn and develop wherever possible. With this in mind, we often send them on training courses and encourage them to feed back their experiences to the team.
